We don't believe in the one-size-fits-all approach. Unlike "big box" brokers, where agents are restricted to only providing "approved" services and by how much commission is charged. We specialize in customizing the listing and sales strategy to each individual property. For buyer clients we offer a flat fee model that provides the best flexibility to meet many of our buyer clients’ needs.

The use of buyer agency agreements protects both you and us as your buyer agent. Agency agreements clearly define agent's roles for the buyer and the cost of their services. In other words, agency agreements create transparency for the buyer. Starting in August 2024, new real estate rules require buyer agency agreements to be signed before showing any property to a buyer.

Representation in a real estate transaction is essential for both parties. As a buyer, if you work directly with the listing agent, that agent is 100% obligated by law to work in the seller’s best interest. A seller can take advantage of an unrepresented buyer in multiple ways, especially in property valuation and negotiations. Employing the services of a well-educated buyer’s agent might be a short-term cost but can save thousands of dollars in the long term. We will always negotiate to obtain our fee from the listing broker, seller or landlord to offset cost from our buyer clients.
